There is no way "right" to go on to prepare for a construction project. - each different approach has its advantages and disadvantages - but having worked on over 0 homeowner projects, here are my tips based on what I have found to be effective

Essentially, a construction contract is simply an agreement between the "client" -., Which agrees to pay an agreed amount of money - and a "building contractor" -., who agrees to undertake a series of agreed performance
If everything is clear, chances are you'll never need to refer the new contract when he signed. He is there to clarify all the "what happens if" such as what happens if overtime is added, or the job takes longer than expected.
